Our pricing is reasonable and services are quickly scheduled and taken care of so that you can better enjoy your home in a worry-free environment! We offer repairs and remodels in the interior areas of your home and most exterior work. We've answered the FAQ's (below) to help you better understand our pricing and categories of our services.
FAQ's Answered:
Q.> What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Friday, 8:30 am- 6:00pm, with emergency rates accommodating later dispatches for work and estimates. Saturdays by appointment and pre booked jobs.
Q.> Are your estimates free?
We offer free estimates along with other scheduled work in your area, or we can arrange a special trip out for a nominal travel fee. Also, we can offer free estimates via cell phone pictures you send of the project you are considering. This is estimating by remote. Any fees received for estimates will be kicked back to the customer when we receive your work.
Q.> What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Checks, Cash and PayPal.

Q.> How do you handle materials?
At acceptance of contract and specific agreement on all materials we will arrange to select and pick up materials that are pre-paid at Home Depot or Lowe’s by the client. Some materials needed from other sources may be bought by us and charged with labor. Some clients may supply their own materials and have them delivered to their property.
Q.> Are you insured?
Yes.
Q.> Do you handle any exterior work?
Our limited exterior work includes deck repair and stain/paint, foundation dry lock sealing and wooden fence repair. We also can do limited repair on spas.
Q.> Do you subcontract any of your work?
We are the only ones that do the work we accept. Where another specialist is required we may recommend the name and number of someone else, but they will be independent of our company.

- Note: The plans are priced from $225.00 and include a hard copy or digital report from our site survey. We go over the report with you to determine which repairs and which maintenance services fit within your budget, setting aside three maintenance check visits at a discounted rate to keep things on track. You will have many repairs listed also to choose from.
